We provide a single access point for individuals seeking adult mental health and substance use services in the Westcoast area, including Tofino, Ucluelet and surrounding regions.

SERVICES PROVIDED:
Screening and assessment
Referrals to the most appropriate services, teams or community resources
Connection to services such as counselling, case management, psychiatry, substance use supports and withdrawal management (detox)

We accept referrals from individuals, clinicians, community agencies and health and social services professionals.
