Pacific Rim Hospice is producing a comprehensive, downloadable resource guide designed specifically for seniors and Elders. The guide highlights a range of services and supports tailored to meet their unique needs and will be availble shortly.

The Long Beach Chapter of the Rural and Remote Division of Family Practice represents the family doctors in your community. This community health survey is one of the tools the Divisions of Family Practice is using to inform further project work based on community needs.

These reports provides a snapshot of our communities in numbers and stories. Bringing together data from a range of sources, this information describes the health of our region in areas that matter to us such as education, youth, environment and housing.

Information gathered during the Forum is used to inform the Coalition and partners on future service needs and actions.

This study examined regional transport options and how these can impact access to basic services and health providers.

This section contains plans developed in partnership with communities, focus groups, Nuu-chah-nulth FIrst Nations and municipalities.

The plan supports both English and Nuu-chah-nulth language learning and was developed with the support of five Nuu-chah-nulth First Nations and two municipalities.

This plan summarizes recommendations of a regional food security consultation. The goal of which was to identify actions to address food security challenges across the region and to create networking and partnership opportunities.

ConnectSafely provides resources for parents, youth, seniors and policy makers that promote the responsible use of social media, AI and other online technologies.

At the 2015 Coming Together Forum, Dr. Paul Hasselback, Chief Medical Health Officer, presented on data and socioeconomic indicators and their role in improving public health.
