Coming Together Forum Reports

Every 2 years the Coastal Family Resource Coalition invites partners, decision makers and community members to plan collaboratively around health and service provision in the West Coast Central Region.  

 

During our Forum, participants from all west coast communities - as well as some from beyond - gather at the Ucluelet Community Centre for a full day of planning, presentations and networking.  

 

Information gathered during this exercise will be cumulated in an evaluations framework and used to inform the CFRC and partners on service integration activites, decisions and actions.
