BC Suicide Prevention and Intervention
Provides a confidential, 24-hour toll-free crisis line for people who are feeling suicidal, are concerned for someone who might be suicidal, or for emotional support.

310 Mental Health Support
Provides a toll-free number connecting callers to a BC crisis line. Offers emotional support, information on appropriate referral options, and a wide range of support relating to mental health concerns.
Kids Help Phone
Call to speak to a professional counsellor. This service is free, confidential, anonymous and available across Cannada, 24-hours a day. For children and youth aged 5 to 20 years.
Urgent Support
These providers provide urgent help for those who do not need emergency assistance or crisis support.
